Tips before you go

  • Go early on Halloween weekend. Oct. 30–Nov. 1 is the last weekend for most haunts and the busiest. Arrive when the box office opens.
  • Buy online when you can. Several haunts sell timed or fast-pass tickets online, which saves standing in line.
  • Dress for mud. Hayrides and woods trails are outdoors, and October nights here often drop into the 40s.
  • Check social media the day of. Outdoor haunts can close early for storms.
